Refunds (if applicable)

The company considers all sales as final and refunds are not permitted once booking amount is received. The company incurs expenses towards getting the booked accommodation ready and also refuses other enquiries against the booked accommodation for the period for which the booking was made.

To cover these expenses and any losses the company may occur due to cancellation the company does not permit any refund once booking is confirmed and booking amount or any subsequent amount is received.

However in case of extraordinary nature of circumstances the company at its sole discretion may consider a refund.

CANCELLATION PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

Cancellation of Booking Amount prior to arrival may be done as a special request and such request may be considered only when received within 48 hours of receipt of booking amount.

REFUND OF OTHER AMOUNTS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

Refund shall be done for Cancellation request received in writing 21 days prior to the Opening Date. One month’s stay will be levied for cancellation request received in writing up to 14 days of Opening Date. 75% of the stay will be levied for cancellation request received in writing 7 days of Opening Date. Full stay will be levied for cancellation request received in writing after 6 days prior to Opening Date..

SHORTENED STAY (EARLY CHECK-OUT)

Shortened stay is subject to entire period charge whether or not guest stays for the entire period.
